Do you allow dogs?

We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per caravan for a small fee however they must be kept on a lead at all times on site any accidental fouling must also be cleaned up and placed in the bins provided

Do you allow awnings?

Yes an awning is allowed at an extra fee

What time should I check in?

The usual check-in time is any time from 12 pm and the checking out time is 10:30am further information will be shown in your booking confirmation

When do I have to pay?

A deposit must be placed as soon as the booking is made however the rest of the balance due does not have to be paid until 2 weeks before arrival

How long do I have to cancel my booking?

If you made your booking through our website you can cancel up to 2 weeks prior to your stay and will be entitled to a full refund including your deposit. If for any reason you have to cancel after that 2 week period you may be required to provide just cause for your cancellation however the deposit may be non refundable please check the booking conditions.

Do You Allow Tents ?

We only allow trailer tents however you should check with us before you book to make sure it is eligible.

How do I know what pitch I am on

You will be emailed your booking info 1 day before you arrive on site, you may receive a text that also provides information to help you check-in

How do I change any information regarding my booking ?

You can change any information about your booking by calling or emailing us.

When is there a warden onsite ?

we only have a site manager onsite during peak times and seasons, during the low season period our site staff may only be available during weekends. If you have an issue do not hesitate to call us.

What should I do if other guests are being disruptive?

A site warden will usually be onsite during the day to deal with any issues that occur, for emergency issues when the site is unmanned please call our phone line 07865 341993 and we will take the measures necessary to resolve the dispute

Can I request a certain pitch?

Yes if you have any special requests you should call or email us before you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, if you are already onsite and would like to move to a free pitch please call or speak to our staff to make sure it is free for your entire stay

How can I pay my balance?
